Channel Marketing Lead

The Channel Marketing Lead will develop and execute the channel marketing strategy and programs for channel partners to generate demand and contribute to run-rate acceleration.

  • Global Channel Marketing strategy development & landing in Areas.
  • SMB Marketing Planning guidelines development, ensure execution excellence in cooperation with Area Marketing leadership.
  • Responsible for the Partner Portal look & feel for Partners and Distributors globally.
  • Ensure Kaspersky Lab channel partners have the best experience and support through:
    • Partner onboarding program
    • Partner Lifecycle landing
    • Partner marketing guides
    • Readiness packs & product sales kits
    • Partner pulse surveys
    • Ready to go marketing campaigns in a box and marketing as a service offerings
    • Lead distribution and lead referral programs
  • Ensure the global SMB Marketing Engine campaigns are executed and deliver the targeted ROI.
  • Assess market trends, building and executing an integrated marketing plan, in alignment to segment marketing and sales teams’ goals.
  • Manage Kaspersky Lab Market Development Fund program:
    • Ensure the Program is developed according to the best practices and needs of Kaspersky lab channel community.
    • Create and land MDF guidelines for Partners & Distributors.
    • Align MDF investments with business goals, help to manage and deliver the targeted ROI on the investments. Manage and track efficiency of the Program.
  • Develop and support marketing demand generation programs and events within channel partner ecosystem. Ensure channel promotions are planned and executed to deliver targeted outcomes.
  • Create awareness of Kaspersky Lab products within current partners and implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
  • Develop and drive campaigns aimed at acquiring new channel partners.
  • Primary liaison with cross-functional groups including Global Marketing, Product Marketing, and Global SMB Sales:
    • Work with internal and external resources to implement channel programs.
    • Coordinate and communicate programs with local SMB channel teams.
    • Serve as point of contact for Kaspersky Lab Partner and Marketing Managers for marketing and program information.
    • Define and implement channel programs with specified product focus. Coordinate programs/events with internal Marketing teams.
    • Track, manage and measure all aspects of marketing programs.
  • Overseeing day to day channel operations on a global level.


  • 5+ years of marketing program development experience.
  • 5+ years experience with reseller/channel marketing programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of programs, forecasting, project tracking and ROI management.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing plans that meet specified ROI, sales and product objectives.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required.
  • 5+ years marketing experience with high-tech companies; software background is a plus.
