We are looking for mature Project Manager (Digital Commerce Solutions) with structured mindset and opportunity to handle international projects with a lot of participators.

 

Responsibilities

Own and drive successful execution of both short-term and long-term projects focused on improvement of customer experience, customer profitability and operational profit;

Generate, access and prioritize ideas to improve internal and external negotiations between sales teams, payment systems, clients, web resources;

Analyze best practice in customer service and experience in e-commerce in Russia and worldwide;

Documents and validates business and functional requirements to the project scope;

Resource planning, system impact analysis and adherence to the project plan;

Runs requirements-gathering sessions for high-priority, large web projects to ensure requirements are clearly defined, fitting with the business objectives, are feasible and do not conflict with other requirements, and presents these to senior management for acceptance;

Overall responsibility for UAT activities which includes supporting QA team by coordinating users during the process and reviewing test scripts against the traceability matrix (created by the Business Analyst).

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Possess excellent facilitation, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills both on English and on Russian;

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager or Technical Account Manager;

1-2 years of experience working around digital sales;

Understanding of main database architecture. SQL;

Comfortable leading meetings and driving the purpose of the meeting with a goal minded approach;

Mastery of these critical skills: requirements elicitation, analytical skills, prioritization skills, documentation skills and communication skills;

Working knowledge of payment systems and/or e-commerce platforms would be extremely beneficial;

Strong project management skills are preferred;

Ability to balance short-term executional needs with long-term strategic plans;

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes;

Proven ability to develop Use Cases, User Stories and Test Scripts;

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
