As Sales Back Office Manager you will deliver operational excellence in managing order processing and sales back office tasks. You will be part of an international team, which handles (complex) requests, liaise with internal departments and train your stakeholders.


What you will do:

  • Placing orders and non-standard orders in ERP systems and checking blocked of them (monthly verification of correctness of placed orders);
  • Process returns and ensure credits are processed;
  • Acquire approvals based on internal rules;
  • First line support for Quote related questions, check correctness of them;
  • Liaise with internal departments (Contracts, Pricing, Accounting, Legal, Supply Chain);
  • Processing orders accurately with SLA targets;
  • Provide on-demand training for Kaspersky partners and sales;
  • Support in onboarding of new partners and sales managers.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years experience with Sales Order Processing/Sales Order Management or a customer service position (IT/Software industry experience preferred);
  • Good hands on experience with MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Experience in handling complex orders;
  • Dealing with emails efficiently, prioritizing issues and forwarding enquiries to the relevant colleague or department;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships;
  • Professional fluency in English.
