Kaspersky Customer Service team is looking for a Business/Data Analyst. Your role will involve working with data from various sources including technical support, services sales, customer feedback, premium & professional services. You will collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders within our organization, work across multiple regions such as Russia and CIS, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and cover both consumer and commercial customers.


 Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, validating and documenting business/data analytics needs of key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide analytics for KPI data/business including trends, correlations and root-causes
  • Analyzing existing data sources, implementing demands for their adjustments, participating in UAT of demands releases
  • Building reports and dashboards as well as collecting and implementing feedback
  • Documentation, improvement, knowledge transfer on existing reports and data sources
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of ad-hoc reports, tools, scripts

Skills required:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (joins, window functions, subqueries)
  • Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI (or other data visualization system)
  • Skill to structure and analyze large amount of information
  • Critical thinking and ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
  • Multi-tasking skills and prioritizing backlog
  • Experience of working with Microsoft SSRS is a plus
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and sales related data is a plus

Hiring requirement:

  • Higher education
  • At least 2 years of experience as business/data Analyst or similar role
  • Fluency in Russian written and spoken
  • English upper-intermediate or higher (written, spoken, presentations)
