We are now looking for a Marketing Intern, who will drive Marketing activities within the region.

 

The Marketing Intern supports the execution of marketing initiatives, contributing to brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role ensures the seamless implementation of campaigns and serves as a foundational team member driving operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Campaign Execution: Develop, execute and track marketing programs and activities that focus on B2B new customers acquisition and nurturing
  • Content Support: Content creation on local marketing materials such as eDM, newsletters, event invitation and blogs.
  • Event Support: Organize and coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Localization & Proofreading: Accurately translate, localize, and proofread marketing materials (emails, social media, websites, ads) from English to Korean while maintaining brand voice and cultural relevance.
  • MDF Management: Administering, tracking and creating reports on partner MDF (Marketing Development Fund) programs, ensuring the utilization of funds is optimized and compliance of the guidelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign and activities performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Doc-flow and marketing administration support: Maintain paperwork as needed, including entering contracts, price requisition, invoice requests, etc. in compliance with the company policy and process.

Requirements:

 

Hard Skills:

 

Obligatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Native Korean proficiency – Strong localization, proofreading, and basic copywriting skills.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) – Must be able to work in an English-dominant environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics, social media tools, email marketing software).


Optional:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, internships included.
  • Basic understanding of IT security solutions or B2B marketing.


Soft Skills:


Obligatory:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Optional:

  •  Creativity in developing marketing ideas and content.
